Hoa Dong 2 Wind Power Plant was built in a shrimp farming area of Hoa Dong Commune, Vinh Chau Town, Soc Trang Province, and is invested in by Hoa Dong 2 Wind Electric Joint Stock Company—a member of T&T Group. As an O&M contractor for the 220kV substation, POM’s operation team is not only committed to the safe operation of the substation with availability of at least 99%, but also closely cooperates with the Envision contractor in turbine operation and troubleshooting.
