PROJECT CONSULTANCY AND EVALUATION
With a team of experienced and enthusiastic engineers, supported by a strong testing team, POM has pioneered additional testing and acceptance services. In order to achieve the most complete success for the project, POM staff will preside over the entire testing & commissioning process, ensuring that all plant equipment is always in the best operating condition.
With experience in operating more than 23 solar power plants, 07 wind power plants with a total capacity of more than 2,700MW, and 03 distributed thermal power plants spread across the country, besides the ability to inherit and combine with more than 37 years of experience in the field of consulting design of power projects from PECC2, POM understands the core values and characteristics of each type of plant, each locality and type of technology. Thereby creating a solid foundation for POM to confidently advise investors/partners in investing and operating the project with the highest efficiency. POM consulting services that may be provided include:
– Project Management Consultant (PMC), Project Supervision Consultant (OE)
– Consultant to prepare technical evaluation report of the project (Technical Due Diligence Report)
– Consultancy on verification of technical designs and construction designs of the project
– Consulting on project handover from commissioning and operation stages
