Phong Dien II Solar Power Plant is the largest solar power plant in Thua Thien Hue up to now. The factory is installed 128,184 photovoltaic panels manufactured by Monocrystalline modern technology, 20 Inverter DC/AC converter system using Central Inverter technology, 22/110kV substation; 110kV transmission line connecting from the factory to Phong Dien 220/110kV substation with a length of 7.94 km connecting the project with the national grid and other ancillary works.
POM with the role of technical support and project supervision has always accompanied throughout the construction process, bringing the project to completion and energizing earlier than the scheduled schedule.
During the operation and maintenance of the plant, POM always ensures the Availability Factor (AF) above 99% and the Performance Ratio (PR) above 80%.
