The CMX solar power plant, with a capacity of 168 megawatts peak (MWp), is located in My Son commune, Ninh Son district, Ninh Thuan province, and stands as a unique project under the ownership of CMX Solar Company, a subsidiary of SUNSEAP Vietnam. Spanning an expansive 190 hectares, this facility not only serves as a crucial source of clean energy but also actively contributes to environmental conservation and local economic development.
The operation and maintenance (O&M) responsibilities for the plant have been entrusted to the professional team from the Construction Consultancy Joint Stock Company 2 – Operations and Maintenance Branch of Power Plants (POM) since January 2024. The POM team is committed to ensuring the continuous and stable operation of the plant, adhering to all governmental procedures and regulations.
With an exceptionally high Availability Factor (AF) exceeding 99%, POM not only guarantees high efficiency but also demonstrates its commitment to maintaining and enhancing the quality of energy production from solar power. The CMX solar power plant is not just an icon of renewable energy development but also a positive contribution towards achieving the goal of creating a clean and sustainable living environment.
