Soc Trang 7 Wind Power Plant is invested by Soc Trang Energy Joint Stock Company. The Plant is located on a coastal area of Vinh Chau commune, Soc Trang Province with the 90 hectares on the mudflat and 3 hectares on land.
The Plant has 120 MW in total capacity, in which phase 1 was completed with the capacity of 30 MW and 7 turbine, phase 2 with 90 MW in capacity. The total power output in phase 1 is 105 GWh/year and 312 GWh/year in phase 2.
