Thien Tan 1.3 Solar Power Plant was built on the Lanh Ra Lake. The whole project is surrounded by the lake all year round, so the construction faced many difficulties.
In the context of the Covid-19 epidemic and heavy rain in Ninh Thuan, POM promptly mobilized a team of experienced engineers to support the Owner to complete the COD for this project in 2020 after only 2 months of construction.
